I am a firm believer that a creative physical space fosters creativity at work. Not only can it bolster employee energy and expand minds, but I think it can also make a deep impression on clients as well. (Imagine how much more apt a client would be to buy into a creative idea if they were already impressed by the creativity of your lobby?)
So I was delighted to stumble upon a great Web site with an even greater name: This ain't no disco...it's where we work.
The site allows you to peek inside the office walls of the obscure and the well-known advertising/digital/marketing/etc. agencies and gain insight into their creative execution. (Warning: it can also be known to incite envy.)
Sure, a creative environment doesn't necessarily mean that the agency's work will be stellar, but it IS the first step in ensuring that creativity and innovation is at the heart of everything the agency stands for. It is the wonderful first impression and the ultimate way to "walk the talk" when it comes to innovation.
What does your disco look like?

My disco is covered with sponge bob and Dora the Explorer. Not really a disco but more of pre-school.

Hey,
Thanks for the mention. So, are we going to see Jack Morton offices on the site soon? :)
